I take it, Park, that you know that the boiler is not designed to give 35 deg temp rise, this is just a metric agreed across boiler manufacturers for a like to like comparison?

You normally want to see 50deg at the tap minimum, therefore all combis are set up to work at less flow rate, more temp rise than 35 deg.

The comments about the incoming flow rate are all on the money.
