Hi there,

I have one of these boilers and I appear to be missing a cover on the outdoors flue outlet. Can anyone advise me where I might purchase one and how I get the part no?

Do you mean part of the flue, or the chip-basket thing?

I think the chip basket. As I look at now it has cylindrical fitting that comes out of the wall and when I look inside there are 3 horizontal bars.

I am concerned that the wind/rain could have an adverse effect on the boiler performance

The weather doesn't normally affect them (much). The basket terminal guard is just to protect you. Should be fitted if lower than 2m.
