Pump not running

Hmm. £132 is certainly cheap. You get what you pay for these days though don't you?

well yes, a brand new suprima board plus fitting plus guarantee

Wow! Sounds almost too good to be true!

Surely BG can't afford to pay their fitters very much - how do they provide a high standard of workmanship at that price!?!

swings and roundabouts, its just a fixed fee wheather its a pcb or a synchron motor, thats why I mention it, it is a bargain.

Hi all,
Result, i,ve looked at pcb today and found in better light that in fact there were several cracks in the solder.
I,ve put on a few drops of fresh solder, and hey presto, pump now works fine as does the boiler.
Thanks to you guys and input you have all given i,ve just saved myself a lump of money.
But going by all the reports on this forum i don't think i will be so lucky next time.
Thanks
Steve : :D
