Putting a second door

Hi,

I have an extension built long time ago. next to extension I have kitchen and a toilet. There is currently a door and a large window between the kitchen and extension but I would like to have another door between toilet and the extension. I do not think that this is a large change in the room, but do I need a planning reg for this ?
