Putting collar fitting back on halogen light help

hi ive just changed a halogen bulb in my kitchen,nightmare couldnt do it without pulling whole fitting out & a whole load of dust into my eyeballs, ive changed the bulb but no idea how to fit the collar back on & what do i do with those 2 prongs now sticking out? See pics & thanks for any assistance, im sure its simple but why do they make it so bloody hard to change a bulb very annoying.!

There should be two more prongs on the other side. Is one side broken?
You fold them up so they point upwards and fit them in the hole where they act like a mousetap and hold the light in.

As for the bezel - it presumably fits on in the opposite way to which it came off - unless it too is broken.
