Putting up a conservatory near a boiler flue

Hi does anyone no if it is possible to put up a conservatory next to a excisting flue, there is a window next to my boiler which i would like to take away and put patio doors in then put up a conservatory, would i have to move the boiler/flue?

There are minimum distances for flue terminations in relation to building openings but it depends on the type of flue & what sort of boiler you have.

it is a combi boiler and i would assume a standard exhust flue

But is it also a condensing boiler? Is it balanced flue? Conventional flue? It does make a difference!

no i think its just a standard combi boiler and balance flue.
