As I sit here reading this, I can look down and admire various patches of pva which I have collected on my workclothes over the last year or so and which have been through many washes. I'm sorry to say I don't think there is a way to remove this adhesive.
Having said that, if it's not waterproof pva you could try soaking the clothes overnight to see if this will soften it enough to scrape off.

Nothing to scrape of, just looks like grease spots on light grey fabric .Doesnt sound hopefull does it , why is it always the new ones

PVA is essentially chewing gum, you could try bunging said trouse in the freezer over night, then it may go brittle, and flake off.

you wont get wood glue out off material as it turns to plastic and it will be a solid trapping the fibres of the material
you would have a chance if it hasnt soaked in you can scrape or ease off with water ect but in your case i fear not

many a thing that shouldnt happen has happend after all not all materials are clever enough to read the performance instructions
Simply cover glue with brown paper (newspaper also works) and iron with hot iron. Glue will stick to paper. Memmerkirk.
