Not sure if im in the right forum but last month i had all off my wooden cladding fasica boards and guttering replaced with PVC.
It all looked fine but last night it rained heavy. in one corner of the living room behind my TV i had a open electrical chase in the corner and could see water dripping the brick was soaked and all of the carpet in that area.
I called the firm up today expecting a visit today to asses the damage but they where not intrested and just booked a service call for Monday.
What action should i take in regards to getting the problem fixed and compensation for the damage ?
