PVC Exterior Door Panel

Can anyone help me out.

I have damaged my exterior pvc door panel and looking to renew it. tho ive scoured the internet to find just the panel as the door, frame and locking system is fine.

any help, guidance or website links would be great.

Check list you will need

type of profile if known
door panel thickness
design of panel
if letter box is required to be fitted into it
