Can someone explain the process for installing bell i thought you just learnt the bell to the system and it was done by going to learn devices-learn bell or is there something else that needs to be done??? do you need to setup the input like you do door detectors etc or something

Otherwise the same as learning the inputs

Just did it myself recently and seems to have worked well. Except the bell is quieter than I thought it would be (at level 7) as I can only just hear it inside the house. The internal sounder is deafening though!

That’s because “VOLUME CONTROL” only changes the internal sounder. You cannot alter the external volume.

Thanks. Not sure what volume I was expecting from the siren, but probably loud enough for the neighbours to hear clearly indoors with the TV on. The internal siren is very loud though so I guess people wouldn't want to hang around if they had broken in.

Good to know you can't alter the volume though...stops me wondering if I have set something incorrectly
