Pyronix Enforcer - Modem Fault

Hi to all,

I need your help!

I replaced the piezo sounder of the pyronix enforcer and soon afterwards the system displayed 'control panel modem fault'.

according to the troubleshooting manual it says "If modem not present, ensure that Disable Digi option is set to YES and Download by is set to NONE or RS232. If present, but not detected, check Digi Modem cable is connected correctly".

Where can I access the Disable Digi option please?
Tried to look into the engineer menu but no success.

I accessed the engineers menu by entering the engineering code and scrolled through all the options
