Pyronix Enforcer Wireless - no Setup App Data option

Has the panel ever been connected to the cloud ?
If not displayed in user programming the ID needs to be authorised.
Engineer code may be required to turn app on in communications
from engineer programming and also be registered on the cloud.
 
Hi

I am trying to change from sim to Wi-Fi. I have installed the new board. I have disconnected the battery and the mains. I have also done a clean start. But I still don’t have the option to select Wi-Fi. It’s still showing GPRS. Can anyone help?
