Pyronix key fob issue

I have a customer who has a Pyronix enforcer wireless alarm, When they use any of their key fobs to part set night mode via the I on the key fob this works fine, in the morning when they go to unset the alarm with the padlock unlock it does not function until they open the time entry door the unlock then switched the alarm off, I have reprogrammed the key fobs and all other function function as they should in setting and un setting the alarm, Any body have any Idea what the problem maybe.
