I have found a fault on a Sterling 10 panel, the icon of a '!' (explamation mark) within a triangle has appeared on the keypad and the system will longer set.
I have looked in user/installation manuals for this sign/symbol but nowhere does it give a clue as to what this means..

Any clues would be much appreciated
