Pyronix wireless fob provlem

[DIYSOS2018]

Hi guys

Every now and again my Wireless Fobs seem to forget what button does what against what’s programmed into the panel...

It’s definitely not a battery issue as when this happens it affects both fobs

Any suggestions what could be causing this, or how to resolve?

Which fob ? Mk1 / 2 / 3?
1 fat 2x2 button
2 slim no battery housing on back
3 slim with battery housing

Sorry sparky even with those descriptors I’m not sure. It’s the KEYFOB-WE according to the pyronix site? Or within that is there different models still?

Mk 3 ....not had any issues with that type so can’t comment

Worth deleting and repairing the fobs?
