Q for the plumbers - not paying you due to wishy washy invoice?

Is that +VAT or Inc. VAT?
Can't assume anything since he hit me with the +VAT talk.
Either way it sounds as I thought - the pricing is on the upper end with a bit stuck on top for good measure.
It's done now though.
For the service later in the year I'll try another plumber. Need a regular who doesn't take the piddle with the time they turn up & also doesn't charge the earth.
