Rip all the plasterboard off the walls and have a look @ the pipework......then pull the floors up and have a gander....it'll be as rough as fook..
You might find that getting a chrome straight through trap like yours is pretty difficult. Can't say I've ever seen one. Just trying to understand what trap you plan to use and how you plan to fit it all.
Can that trap be removed for cleaning ?Definitely not a snag IMO, just the way it was done in that instance, nothing wrong it.
Can that trap be removed for cleaning ?
It has a cleaning eye on the top of the trap that allows a wire hook to be used to loosen up any debris and then flush it with HW.Can that trap be removed for cleaning ?
Then wow... I am experienced, as I did that for my cloak room basin.if the plumber was experienced he will have left a few mill gap on the bottom pipe to allow the trap to drop a little when loosened off the basin waste.
Either that or you realised you couldn't get the trap on without doing this....it'll always come off, there's no way of attaching it without also making it detachableThen wow... I am experienced, as I did that for my cloak room basin.
