Nobody went out that day set out to cause 96 deaths. To only blame the Police for this is wrong. Imagine what they have gone through all these years. They never meant this to happen..
But covering up, and shifting the blame, is much worse than a problem occuring.
Why would a cover up be needed?
The police en masse are not being blamed. A few culpable people are, and rightly so. Or do you think having a responsible position absolves you from responsibilty ?
