Querying service companies before digging

Hi,

We are planning to build a glass room and a deck that may need some foundations. We will also level the sloped garden into two terraces.

Before doing so we wanted to query the services companies to understand if there are any pipes going through the patio/garden, in order to avoid damaging them.

Is there any list of service providers that you should contact before digging in the forum? I've tried the search box with different queries, but I haven't been able to find any.
