Hi There
I have been searching for a answer to this via manuals and forums, but have not found the answer.

I am possibly about to buy a Pyronix enforcer alarm system, but i would like to know if the cloud notification system can send you a warning saying the mains power to the unit has been cut/failed.

I know the system has batteries that will automatically take over power duty's on the system itself. but if power is cut, and say your router is running on a UPS back-up now, it would be nice to know how much time your router will have with remaining battery power.

Where i live its quite easy for thief's to cut power to homes from outside the boundary's

Pyronix customer service got back to me today, and confirmed that it was possible to have mains fail notification sent via their cloud service, as long as connection to the internet was possible.
It looks like this is set via the faults or events check boxes.

This is good news for me.
