Pyronix HomeControl+ no longer getting notifications when set/unset

Hi all


Self installed my alarm system 4 years ago. All went in fine and was happy with the cloud/notification integration.
All was fine...
Then Pyronix released the newer ProControl+ app. Adding the system to the new app was simple enough. I can arm and disarm the system from the app. I get push notification if the alarm is triggered...
But I no longer receive push notifications when the panel is armed/disarmed using code, fob or app.

Pyronix customer support has been useless.

Have deleted the SSID info from the panel and added again.
It must be polling if push notifications are being sent when alarm is tripped.

Can anyone help?

Do you have both apps still on your phone ? As this can confuse the push notifications

Log into to your pyronix cloud and then enable the arm disarm notifications for your new app.
