Amusingly, the installer called today saying he had spoken to Glow-Worm and it was likely to be a blockage which they could charge to fix! So now he has decided to come and do it himself. Looks like there are people who know about boilers and those who know just how to install boilers.

Question on new Glow-worm boiler

Hi again,
Boiler has now taken to switching off with a code of F4. Manual says boiler went off while lit. Reboot the boiler and it works well for a while, them same again. Could this be another gunk in the system issue or is this an issue for Glowworm?
Making me think about our new shower being an electric one, you've really got all your eggs in one basket with one of these combi jobs!
