Got a new boiler and would appreciate help with basic queries on operation please. I hardly use central heating. At present the manual dial (to the left of the timer) is on 'on'.
It seems this is keeping the water at 20 degrees when not in use. What will happen if i turn the manual dial to 'off'. Will i still have hot water? The booklet says that will turn it permanently off.
Confused as to the manual off setting and the on/off button to the right. Do both switch the whole thing off, as in no hot water?
