Quick access to regional display settings

I have found out purely by chance that you can access the regional display settings
with a quick combination of keys, for instance for those resident in australia it would be Cntrl-Alt-Down Arrow.
 
Just for fun <Start> <run> type in intl.cpl @0,0 gets you the regional & language dialogue options...

I should add that you need an intel based chipset graphics card in order to appreciate the above key combination.
