Hi all,

I've received a quote from a flooring company to install approx 60 sqm of Karndean flooring.

They want £22.50 (no VAT) to fit the flooring. Doesn't include supply.

On top of that they want:
£148.75 - Rub down existing self leveller and prime (labour only)
£392.70 - 4-5mm self leveller on top of existing floor (labour only)
£223 - Supply High Temp adhesive (under floor heating requirement)

Does this seem fair?

Thanks

on a serious note it works out at £37.50 / sq M

Thanks for the math.

Does the levelling price seem fair for 60 sq m?
I was surprised to see they wanted extra to prep before the self leveller.
