could be a build up of sludge and debris. have you had your system flushed?

New build it might well be, but how old is it, and has it ever been dosed with a corrosion inhibitor?

Sludge is very rare....it is nearly always due to poor balancing.

Feel the temperature difference of the flow and return pipes on the rad...if more than 10-15 centigrade then balance the system. If ok and rad is cold in the middle then it is genuine sludge.
