radiator @ bathroom is not working

radiator in bathroom is not working but rest of the radiators in the house are working well. i did bleed the radiator, and is bleeding ok ,but not getting hot at all. Please help.

do you mean in rather than at?

make sure the valves are open

then turn off the rads that work that may clear any air that may be blocking the tails to it.

does it have a Thermostatic rad valve?

yes it has got a thermostat. I closed the connection and bleed the radiator but still not working. thanks

Then I would say the the TRV is stuck off
