I am looking to replace the two radiators in my living room. I've entered the room dimensions into a BTU calculator and it's come up with a required rating of 10866 to 12922 BTU/hr.

It is a long room with rads at either end. Am I correct in assuming that, since there are two rads, I can simply buy two with around half of that rating (i.e. around 6000 BTU/hr), which combined would give me the required output?
