Radiator drain off

Hi folks,

My radiators have these:

Does anyone know how I open the drain off valve? It's difficult to see under but it looks like it's square. Do I need some special key, and does anyone know where I can get one?

I'm fairly certain you just use a standard radiator key for that. Try and use a brass key rather than the grey aluminium ones as they have a habit of snapping.

If you are just draining the rad that drain off is ok, but it you are looking at draining the whole system, try looking for the main drain off(usually brass)
