RADIATOR PROBLEMS

I have a baxi solo heating system. Only one of my radiators is heating up (bedroom radiator, the one closest to he boiler).
We think our radiators may need balancing but not unsure how to do this.
Can anyone please help???
 
TRy closing the one which is working!
Suspect duff pump, though it coul be other things - need more system details - valves etc.
 
We have had problems with the pump in the past but have had it fixed. Not sure about info on valves, sorry.
we will try and adjust the lockstock in the bedroom and see if it works.
