hi,

I am have a new boiler installed with a power flush and magnetic filter added.

I have a couple of radiators that are currently cold at the bottom which I guess is due to the sludge in the system.

The radiators are probably around 30 years old and I'm just thinking whether I should just change them now as I'm having the boiler changed etc I guess I could see if the power flush fixes them. Thoughts guys?
Are modern radiators more efficient than older ones too?

I would for what they cost... Ive replaced 4 of mine and they heat up and produce a lot more heat quicker than the two 30 year old ones I've left in... Even though I've taken them off and blasted a hose through them until all the sludge came out....

Ive replaced type 11 singles with type 21 doubles...
