I am about to refurbish a bathroom, need to change the rad as the existing one is going rusty at the bottom.

It is 680, wide and 630mm tall.

I can only seem to find 600mm x 600mm in local stockists.

I'd rather just do like for like swap.

Is the existing size available, if so, from whom?

Sounds like you have an old imperial sized radiator. The easiest answer is to go for a 600 x 600 and fit two 40mm extensions.
