hi there yesterday while moving a chair I broke the plastic top of a thermostat which is on it says it was britas gas one can you buy replacement tops tia

BG only brand mainstream products, do you have another identical vlave in the house? if so if you post a picture we can identify the actual make and advise you properly

ok I will have a look around to see if I can find one

It is a Drayton body. The head-thread is fairly standard M30 thread.
Most makes of head will fit. The main exception being Danfoss.
