I have a radiator bleed valve that that has slightly rounded on the top and I now can't get it out. I have tried pliers and such, but the wont fit in the hole and still grip the valve. Any ideas or tools out there for this sort of problem? My only other solution appears to be to buy a new radiator.

take it you mean the actual pin and not the whole air vent?
Turn the valves off either side of your rad, get an old sheet and put it on the floor under the air vent, take it out using a spanner or a set of grips and replace with new. be prepared to get a bit of water out and have the replacement close to hand as you may have to be quick if your valves are passing.
