Radiators go cold when Hot water is on

Had a new boiler two years ago, Ikon 60-80 CI. When the water is turn on i.e heating up, the radiators go cold. As soon as you turn the water off the radiators will get hot again. It didn't used to do this!!

Ever had any work done on the system side or components replaced?, sound for some reason as though your running a diverter valve instead of a mid position.

most of the boilers which heat water for domestic needs and heat water for radiators work like that.When you use water for domestic needs ,the boiler stop heating your radiators
