Radiators

It`s a bit of air ffs, leave it & vent your rads again in about 2 weeks.

It's a 1 bed flat so I imagine the system is small. There are 5 rads, don't think there are thermo valves, you turn a knob on the side of the rad to adjust the heat.
We tried bleeding it again twice today but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
If it is trapped air could a large amount damage the system? We're worried about having the heating on incase it can cause damage. The hot water is working fine and the rads are getting hot but it's just the constant noise of rushing water through the rads.

Just spoken to British Gas and they have said that as the radiators are getting hot all the way through it doesn't seem like trapped air. they have said they think the thermostat may have gone - do you think this is possible?
The radiators are very hot at the moment as are the pipes leading to them - almost too hot to touch.
