radiators

hi guys

I need to get some radiators, unfortunately the ones that were in had been taken out before I got possession and I have no sizes of the old ones

the the width between the valves coming from the floor are 980mm or sizes closed to.

my question is, if I buy 900mm wide will that be suitable once I get tail valves on ?

You shouldn't be far out, it sounds about right.

If you find your slightly short on one end, you can get extensions for the tail that goes into the rad or longer tails that you then cut back to fit.

As to the height of the rad, you could do a search for for rad sizing and an auto calculator will come up, add a few measurements and it will tell you the heat requirement for the room and what size needed or whether single or double panels etc
