raidiators cold

HI please could anyone help i went to turn the CH an HW this morning the boiler fired up the pump seams to be working but i have no hot water or the raidiators are flat cold.thanks

boiler make / model might help
as would some system info

The boiler is a Baxi Solo350pf the system is a normal boiler, cylinder type. sorry

check the three port valve (usually in the airing cup ) and make sure the pump is actually running
