Raised Patio wall requiring help

We build a raised patio about 6 months back , the patio has slabs and causing the rendered wall to get soggy and cracking, is there any solution to this , what kind of drainage is required , I couldnt find any online , please help

stand back and take a wider pic of the whole wall of the house. Show all drains, downpipes and gutters please.

What part did you newly build, and what is it made of?
 
Cut a groove on the underside outer edge of the slab to form a drip edge with a grinder...if you have enough overhang.
