Hi Guys,
we have recently put a solid roof on our conservatory in order to use it more as a living space.
We now want to re floor through the kitchen and conservatory area to match. Our issue is we want a level floor and we have a 30mm drop to the conservatory. At the moment we cant decide between tile & lvt flooring but would love to address the drop.
As the floor is already tiled could i just board it with MR MDF and floor over it?
If not what do i do with it?

I wouldn't use MDF for any floor even if it is moisture resistant. If your tiles are over concrete I'd be looking to fix insulated construction boards such as Marmox on top of them. They come in various sizes and thicknesses and would be fine for tiling onto, whereas any type of wooden covering is not.
