raising grids

i am in the process of re-laying my patio. i am raising it by 6 inches . now the grids are too low. any tips on how to raise them

If you mean the grill covers on the drains, just re-lay em to the new height.
you might have to do a bit of qute cutting of the slabs to support them.

you can buy gully raisers or extenders that fit into the existing hopper.
