I've been using a Long "Range Outdoor USB 150Mbps Wifi Wireless Adapter" to connect my laptop to my home broadband from my workshop, It works really well but I can't connect anything else. Is there any way I can get it to to transmit wifi so that I can connect my phone or other device wirelessly?
sorry not explained well but hopefully you'll get the gist.

You could connect those things via the laptop if you set it up as an access point. Better options might be power line adaptors or a WiFi booster/repeater or even run cat5 and an access point on the end. I would try power line though.
