Note ESPECIALLY the advice above about new gaskets when you service the things, and be careful to get the settings right, with the right test kit. Also, the practice of boxing-in long runs of twin flue pipes is (IMHO) making life very tricky for any RGI who goes to service the boiler. How does he positively KNOW that the flue is in good shape?? At least with the HE models, any flue leak is likely to drip condensate and give a hint of a problem!

The lights on mine have gone really dim and it won't operate the boiler. I've reset it (following the advice here - thanks!) but no luck.

I take it a new one is required
