Can anyone tell me if the above boiler (or any is sophisticated enough) to stop you filling the system up?
I attempted to put some water in to the system (to increase the pressure) yet when I move the top up 'tap' nothing happens and I don't hear any water flowing into the system. It was at 1.5bar so didn't really need to top it up. I've done it before when it's locked out because the pressure is too low. I've not come across this before on other boilers. You can potentially fill them until the pressure is up to max?
