rangemaster 110 dual fuel oven problems

Hi i am having problems with my rangemaster 110, after being in storage i have wired it up in the new house but the electric ovens are not coming on, the grill and electric hot plates are heating up but none of the ovens are coming on, anyone got any idea what could be causing this ?

please help !
