I got some cow manure to spread over my veg patch soil and when spreading it out found a small amount of little blue/green oval pellets in it. Looking on Google images, I believe they are rat poison.

I've researched rat poison and on soil it will apparently be dissolved by rain and not harm the soil or any veg plants.

Can anyone confirm this please?

quite possible, but if you have any pets then either keep them well away from it or dispose of the pets ;)

iirc rat poison and dogs dont mix?dunno about cats think there a bit more intelligent and not as greedy.

If you are really worried you could always make work for yourself and remove any you see. Use a large spoon and scoup it up when you spot it.

do you mean these pellets have already passed through the digestive system of cattle?

If the pellets had been eaten by cattle surely they'd have dissolved in their stomachs ?

More likely is that some pellets have been spilt in the cattle barn and scooped up by the tractor when the farmer's been mucking out.

I'd certainly be happy if it were fertilizer as that would be beneficial.

However in doing research on the harm rat poison could do to the soil, I came a across a picture of some rat poison pellets that were the same shape and color as the pellets I found.

I've remedied the situation as best I can and picked them out of the manure.
