i have turned my boiler off at the mains for a couple of days and now it wont fire up - no hot water. has a sealed pilot light. Any idea anyone please

What Ravenheat is it?

and does it do anything at all, is the fan running?

Never seen a ravenheap with a pilot light. Is it really old?

csi 85t. it is not a pilot light as such - my mistake. more a electronic spark. wont reset. Running and all lights on but not firing up

Running? All lights on? A bit more clarity would not hurt.

well electrics working but just hearing a click when turn hot water on as if it wants to fire up but does not. The reset switch should reset it all should it not?

do have gas yes - checked that first cause once i did ran out and same thing happened

Have you checked the overheat thermostat...it's probably under the little round cover on the left hand side of the controls panel.

Have you checked the pressure on the gauge....probably need about 1 Bar pressure.

pressure is ok but do not know where overheat thermostat is - have looked

Appear to be different versions of the CSI85T. The user manuals I have looked at show the stat cover on the LHS of the controls panel. Perhaps you have another version.
