Ravenheat combi boiler CSI 85 - CSI 85T Help

Hi, Just wondering if anybody can help me. My water is only heating up when my heating is on. It started this when i had a leak which i fixed with a few turns of a spanner. But on my way out I caught a wire on the modulating gas valve i think. I have since noticed that their is one white plug that goes into it with a blue wire connected to the plug but also found one not connected to the valve with a white wire should i just reconnect this. I am not 100% sure so thought i will ask on here first.
