hiya, we have a Ravenheat 82e RSF,non condensing boiler. when we put the hot water on boiler fires up runs for maybe 15-20 seconds and cuts out it cycles like this until you switch off the tap. very annoying when your having a shower, does anyone know where the problem is, thanks.

An exact time delay would be more helpful.
There can be several causes which are gas/combustion related which would require a registered engineer.
However this is often caused by a failed ignition circuit module.
