Working fine this morning but tonight have hot water but no CH? Brand new out of the box a week ago - anybody any suggestions?

What thermostat do you have.
Is the red light on on the timer?

Timers are a common fault .
Power off
Link between 5 and 3. If it fires when you put the power back on u know the timer is faulty.
Unusual for one to go when its so new though.

have you checked the pressure is above 1 bar. if not turn the filling loop on and fill to 1 bar
Thanks - it was the time clock - have removed and linked 3 and 5 and working a treat - can I leave the time clock out for now and leave the link in permanent until new time clock arrives? Cheers
Yes you can do that. Just use other controls for on off in the meantime
